Shipping Policy

All items are dispatched from Christchurch. We offer free domestic shipping on all items over $175.00.

Shipping within New Zealand has a flat fee of $10. Items should arrive within 4 working days. Shipping to Australia has a flat fee of $25. Items should arrive withing 10 working days. Please get in touch in regards to worldwide shipping.

Wilbi is not responsible for duties and taxes which may be incurred by customs in the delivery country. Please contact your local custom’s office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes.

Orders

Orders Please email us at wilbiclothing@outlook.com as soon as possible if you have a question about an order. Or if you need to add, remove, change or cancel a current order. If your order has been fulfilled we may not be able to cancel or make changes to this.

If you have trouble placing an order online please email us and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Return & Exchange Policy

Wilbi quality is second to none, if you have found a fault with a product please email us at wilbiclothing@outlook.com so we can assist. Faulty products may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 14 days. Please note the cost of sending the item back to us is the responsiblity of the customer.

We want to ensure you are happy with your purchases. You can return unworn items in their original condition upon presentation of the order confirmation within 14 days of purchase for a credit or exchange.
